Terms and conditions

Terms:


1. Services are provided for up to 3 hours in "Baku VIP" or "Ganja CIP" halls, up to 2 hours in "Salam Lounge", "Absheron Lounge", "Premium Lounge", "Baku Club" or "Mugam Lounge" halls .


2. In the event of a flight delay of up to 1 hour in "Baku VIP" or "Ganja" CIP halls, the payment for the additional service provided to the passenger is not required.


3. In the case of a flight delay of more than 1 hour, 15% of the established standard rate is applied to the passenger for the additional service provided in "Baku VIP" or "Ganja" CIP halls for each additional 1 hour;


4. Passengers who have used the services of the "Baku VIP" or "Ganja" CIP lounges after boarding the HG for their flight, in case of flight delays occurring with no fault of the passenger, taking into account the desire to return to the lounge where the pre-flight service was provided, if the passenger continues his travel with the previous flight, he is given the opportunity to use the services of the hall again with a 50% discount of the specified tariff.


5. For tariff rates of services provided by "VIP Services Group" LLC for "The opportunity to use a separate room in the "Baku VIP" hall" and "Transportation of air passengers from "Baku VIP" hall to HG or from HG to "Baku" VIP hall by private vehicle” 30% discount is applied to the total amount of the mentioned services if the services are ordered together.


6. Orders placed for the purpose of using the services at least 3 hours before the departure or arrival of the flight, after verifying the availability of manpower and other necessary resources, and after verifying that there are no other obstacles to the execution of the order, this order can be accepted by the Reservation and Information center. In this case, the Client is notified in writing about making any changes to the accepted order and impossibility of repayment to the Client.


7. If the customer cancels his order to use the services 3 hours before the departure or arrival of the flight, no payment is required. In case of advance payment for the order, the amount paid is refunded to the Client at the request of the Client or directed to the payment of another order.


8. In case of partial use or non-use of the services because of action or inaction of the employees of "VIP Services Group" LLC during the provision of services in the "Baku VIP" hall or "Salam Service" service packages in the "Ganja" CIP hall to passengers departing or arriving on regular flights of airlines, 100% of the service charge, paid by the Client, is repaid to him based on the Client's written request if the Client is a natural person, and no invoice is submitted for corporate client’s orders.


9. In case of partial use or non-use of the services because of action or inaction of passengers departing or arriving on regular flights of airlines, during the provision of services in the "Baku VIP" hall or "Salam Service" service packages in the "Ganja" CIP hall to those passengers, no refund is made to the Client, and the invoice of 100% of the amount is submitted for corporate client’s orders.


10. In case of partial use or non-use of the services because of action or inaction of third parties during the provision of services in the "Baku VIP" hall or "Salam Service" service packages in the "Ganja" CIP hall to passengers departing or arriving on regular flights of airlines, 50% of the service charge, paid by the Client, is repaid to him based on the Client's written request if the Client is a natural person, and 50% of invoice is submitted for corporate client’s orders.


11. Tariff rates are not applicable to children under 2 (two) years old if relevant documents are submitted.


12. In bank settlements, VAT is applied in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
